Эстафета Победы 2026
В воскресенье, 3 мая, в бассейне «Альбатрос» СибГУФК (ул. Масленникова, 144, к.1) состоится плавательная «Эстафета Победы». Эстафета 81х50 метров вольным стилем посвящена 81-й годовщине Великой Победы.
Эстафета Победы – это уникальное объединение разных людей в одной команде, а участие в этом событии создает чувство сопричастности к Великой Победе. Участие в эстафете – это акция памяти, дань уважения нашим предкам, отстоявшим Родину. В мероприятии участвуют команды, состоящие из 81 человека. Участником эстафеты может стать любой желающий, имеющий соответствующую плавательную подготовленность. Приглашаются студенты, юные и взрослые пловцы, люди активные в спорте и общественной жизни Омска.
Эстафета Победы проводится с 2018 года. Инициатором события выступил СибГУФК, а идея была предложена одним из создателей Сибирского международного марафона Дмитрием Ходько.

В заявке указать:
1. Имя, фамилию, отчество
2. Телефон (для оперативной связи)
3. Дату рождения
4. Краткую информацию об участнике: достижения, спортивная квалификация (если есть), детям указать тренера, написать личные мотивы участия в эстафете (например, кто-то из родственников был участником войны, тружеником тыла, желание посвятить свое личное спортивное достижение Дню Великой Победы и т.д.).

Список участников «Эстафеты Победы» в бассейне «Альбатрос» будет опубликован 2 мая в 12:00 на официальном сайте СибГУФК, в разделе «Эстафета Победы» и в группе СибГУФК «Вконтакте».
Регистрация участников будет проходить 3 мая с 10:00 часов. Начало разминки с 11:00, торжественное открытие состоится в 11:45, старт эстафеты запланирован на 12:00.

Bulletin of the Siberian State University of PE and Sports
The journal "Bulletin of the Siberian State University of PE and Sports" is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications (certificate number PI No. FS77-81635 dated 03.08.2021).
The main purpose of the publication is to disseminate information on scientific developments carried out by scientists and leading specialists in Russia, the CIS countries and far abroad, information support for priority scientific research, popularization of progressive scientific ideas, publication of original scientific articles covering the problems of the theory and methods of PE. Publications published in the journal reflect pedagogical, biological, philosophical, sociological, historical and psychological aspects of PE and sports.
The magazine is published in a typographic way in printed form, is published with a frequency of 4 issues per year and has an electronic full-text version, which is identical in content to the printed form and is located at: sibsport.ru.
The journal numbers have the International Standard Serial ISSN and are placed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) system in accordance with agreement 35-02/2022. The five-year impact factor of the RSCI is 0.131.

REGULATIONS ON THE PRESIDENT
V.I. Mikhalev has been working at the university since 1974: first as a teacher, then as a senior teacher, head of the department, dean, vice-rector for academic affairs. From 1991 to June 30, 2015 is the Rector of SSUPhES, since August 2015 - Professor of the Department of Management, Economics and Law of Physical Culture. In December 2017, he was elected as the President of SSUPhES. Since February 2023 till now he is the Chairman of the Dissertation Council of the University and the Editor-in-chief of the journal "Bulletin of the Siberian State University of Physical Education and Sports."
V.I. Mikhalev successfully combines pedagogical activity with scientific work. He published more than 180 scientific papers: articles in leading scientific and methodological journals, the monograph "Management of the field of sports at the interregional level" (1998); tutorials "Means of special training in the training of skiers - racers" (1983), "Planning physical education in a comprehensive school" (1994), "Preparing mentally retarded persons for skiing competitions under the Special Olympics program" (1994), "The physical condition of mentally retarded schoolchildren" (1996), "Mathematical and statistical analysis of quantitative data of physical education and pedagogical research by means of Microsoft @ Excel" (2004, co-author), "Biomedical aspects of biathlon training: new facts, research, technologies (foreign experience) ": scientific-method. manual (2014).
He carries out the training of scientific personnel, leads graduate students and applicants, also he is the Chairman of the dissertation council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations.
V.I. Mikhalev conducts a lot of public work, being the vice-president of the Russian student sports union "Burevestnik" and the president of the Siberian interregional branch of the Russian student sports union " Burevestnik the president of the Siberian Olympic Academy.
Merits V.I. Mikhalev in scientific, pedagogical, scientific, organizational and social activities:
- awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation" (1996);
- awarded the Order of Friendship (2000);
- noted by the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation (2011) and the Diplomas of the President of the Russian Federation (2013, 2014);
- awarded the Order of Honor (2023).
